Compare Stitch and Paper side-by-side: pricing, key highlights, and which tool to choose for your workflow.

Stitch

Galileo AI is now Stitch! After being acquired by Google, Galileo AI has been transformed into Stitch, Google's new UI design generation product that uses the latest Gemini models from Google DeepMind. Stitch allows you to generate beautiful user interfaces for both mobile and desktop applications using AI. It builds on the same experience as Galileo AI but is now available at no cost. The original Galileo AI service will be shutting down on June 20, 2025, with users encouraged to migrate to Stitch.

Paper

A connected canvas for teams shipping with AI agents. Built on web standards (HTML/CSS), Paper links your design canvas directly to AI agents, code editors (Cursor, VS Code, Zed), and live data sources—so design tokens, styles, and copy stay in sync between canvas and codebase. Design with real data instead of placeholders, close the design-to-code loop, and delegate responsive variants and consistency checks to agents while you focus on the high-judgment design decisions.
